THE LOFT is an artist's house-studio, fully equipped as a home with all the comforts of a house, and at the same time, every other month, it serves as an art studio, with works on display and signature details by the artist Carlo Duina.

A very bright environment, structured on two floors, elegant and finely furnished.
The apartment has been recently renovated with the utmost attention to aesthetic and functional aspects, located on the third floor without an elevator in an ancient historic building overlooking a square that preserves the ancient remains of a late 19th-century market.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancel the reservation one month before the check-in date and receive a full refund.
Cancel the reservation 15 days before the check-in date and receive a 50% refund.
In conditions of health emergencies (yellow, orange, red zone), a full refund is possible.
